IPVideo Corp has recently announced that it has entered into an agreement with Milestone Systems, by which IPVideo Corporation will sell and support a rebranded version of Milestone’s XProtect software platform. The IPVideo solution will parallel the offerings of Milestone’s current Enterprise and Corporate software suites, catering to large-scale, multi-site, geographically dispersed and high-security applications. IPVideo will offer the video management solution (VMS), to include offering licensing to the full range of supported integration partners that comprise Milestone’s open platform ecosystem.
The addition of a VMS powered by Milestone Systems is a natural complement to IPVideo Corporation’s own award winning C3fusion integrated security management (ISM) solution. IP Video Corp has also just announced the availability of several new plug-ins that expand the functionality of its C3fusion Integrated Security Management (ISM) platform.
C3fusion is the preferred security and facilities management platform for municipalities, utilities and law enforcement. It provides centralized command, control and coordinated response to a wide range of disparate systems through a central interface. New connectors deliver integration with systems from Bosch, Hirsch, Isonas and CyberExtruder.
C3fusion is IPVideo Corporation’s gateway to creating an open community of integration partners, including the ability to bridge legacy security systems with the expanding “Internet of Things.” This includes functionality far beyond the scope of traditional security solutions.
For example, IPVideo is currently working with industry partner, Zetron, to integrate that company’s emergency call center and automated dispatch solutions within C3fusion control module. Full integration and coordination between security and emergency response operations could offer tremendous benefits to municipalities, improving response times, operating efficiencies and effectiveness of outcomes.
“IPVideo Corporation views C3fusion, and products like it, as the future of the security industry. As the ‘Internet of Things’ redefines the boundaries of connectivity and the types of devices and solutions that can communicate and interact with each other, C3fusion will serve as an ‘IoT Manager’, bringing new levels of functionality and intelligence to the security information management platform,” explained Margie Gurwin, Director of Marketing.
IPVideo plans to announce the release of additional C3fusion plug-ins throughout 2016.
C3fusion will be on display at the ISC West Security Exhibition in Las Vegas, April 6-8, at booth 19116. To learn more about C3fusion or the Milestone System integration please visit us at the exhibit or online at www.ipvideocorp.com
